I went to Sweet Gourmet tonight for a cooking class with Chef Christian Chavanne and his wife Fredna. He taught us a modern menu with a twist on traditional thanksgiving fare. The food was great and Chef Christian was a lot of fun. Being a chocolate lover I was impressed by the truffles he made out of dates, anyone that can do that has to be fantastic.
