Go to Bainbridge Island. Seriously, just go. This little slice of the world is beautiful. With quaint shops and restaurants lining the streets to galleries, there is something for everyone here. The bonus is the quick 35 minute ferry ride from Seattle.

We ate at Harbor Public House, a kind of a pub place with local fare. No kids allowed, twenty one and up only.
Fish and chips were pretty tasty. Tuna sandwich was ok. It was raw, and although I love raw fish I like it better in sashimi than in a sandwich.
They have a great view outside too.

Mora Ice Cream CompanyAbsolutely dreamy ice cream. I had Swiss chocolate. The girls working were rude, but hey, the ice cream is delish!

Pikes ChowderThe crab roll is ok.
The chowder is good!
