So I have decided that this Sunday I want to create a mothwatering gourmet hamburger. I have all kinds of ingredients swirling thrrough my head but I dont know what combo I should try. I was thinking smoked gouda, caramelized red onions, and cole slaw (carmelized onions and cole slaw may be overkill) -- or fresh mozzarella, vine ripen tomatoes, and pesto-- or shredded mozzarella, avocado, white onions and hot sauce from the taco stand- maybe a shwarma burger with chames cheese, grilled onion, and cucumber- > Don't know which one to do... I will have to figure this out pretty soon, Sunday is two days away---->
